Scoreapps AI Agent
AgentStudio is the Scoreapps workspace for building and running user-configured workflows. Combine steps to process information, organize work and perform actions using your connected services.
Gmail integration: verification in progress. Not yet available for general use.
What the Gmail connector does
The Gmail connector is designed to help you manage your own mailbox through workflows you configure in AgentStudio:
- Find messages and retrieve the message information or attachments needed for your workflow.
- Create drafts and draft replies, or send and reply to emails.
- Organize messages by adding or removing labels and archiving them.
Permanent deletion of Gmail messages is not offered. Connecting an account is optional. The Gmail connector remains unavailable to the general public while its verification and release requirements are being completed.
Your account and authorization
You authorize access through Google's consent screen. Scoreapps does not ask for your Google password. Basic Google account information identifies the mailbox connected to your Scoreapps account.
The connector requests the gmail.modify permission because workflows can both read messages and change their labels or archive them. Send-only or read-only access cannot support all of those operations.
You can disconnect the connector to stop its access. Scoreapps attempts to revoke Google's authorization when you disconnect. You can also manage access in your Google account's third-party connections.
How workflow data is handled
AgentStudio runs workflows on Scoreapps servers. Authorization tokens are stored encrypted. Gmail execution payloads are encrypted and kept for up to 30 days, with controls to erase them sooner. Disconnecting the account does not by itself erase previously saved workflow results.
If you add an AI step and accept its data-transfer notice, the information referenced by that step is sent to the OpenAI API to perform your task. Gmail workflows do not support other AI providers or transfers to other connected services in this initial release. This integration is not being opened for general use until its data-handling disclosures and verification requirements are complete.

Scoreapps AI Agent es el nombre de AgentStudio en la autorización de Google. AgentStudio permite crear workflows para procesar información y realizar acciones en servicios conectados. El conector Gmail permite buscar correos, consultar información y adjuntos, crear borradores, enviar o responder mensajes, gestionar etiquetas y archivar. No permite el borrado definitivo.
Gmail está pendiente de verificación y no está disponible para el público general. La conexión es opcional y se autoriza en Google, sin entregar tu contraseña a Scoreapps. Los tokens se cifran; los resultados de ejecución se cifran y caducan a los 30 días, con controles de borrado anticipado. Si añades IA y aceptas el aviso, se transfieren los datos referenciados a OpenAI API. Esta primera versión no admite otros proveedores de IA ni transferencias a otros conectores. Desconectar detiene el acceso y solicita la revocación a Google, pero no elimina automáticamente los historiales anteriores.
